Painting Through The Screen with Van Gogh, Fischer and Sarin 2020
Hailey Clancey
Artificial intelligence is becoming more popular amongst the art world. In this exhibition we show three digital art pieces that emulate three well known artists, Vincent Van Gogh, Alex Fischer, and Helena Sarin. All 3 paintings depict the same beautiful Nova Scotia landscape while using new technologies and methods to create the final pieces.
A Starry Night at the Point, 2020. Vincent Van Gogh AI.

The Layered Point, 2020. Photoshopped in Figma
Clancey creates this piece by layering photos of The Point in Lawrencetown, on top of Clancey's original painting of "The Point". She tries to imagine herself as the artist Alex Fischer, and creates a work of art through his eyes.
The Generated Point, 2020. Generative Engine
While this unqiue piece may seem complicated, Clancey created this work by simply writing "The Point, Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia" in to a Generative Engine
